Fast and easy. item received promptly considering it was close to Christmas and dealing with postal strike. Sadly I have to return as item (rv surge protector)is not the newest version with new bluetooth firmware. Device can be updated no charge but i have to send to US to get done and time constraints do not work for me. This is not Hitch Web's fault but they are taking my order back, so all is good!!
