Search for trailer hitch for 2025 Subaru Crosstrek yielded no results on your site. Had to look at Curt site to get model number, then search for that on your site. Once I did that, your site showed that the hitch DOES work on my car. However, your customer service contacted me to say that it did not and that my Canadian submodel of the car, an 'Onyx,' does not exist in their clearly American database. I suggested they contact Curt to sort this out, but they just gave me the phone number and left it to me to do. I tried calling, but could not determine the right person in the phone tree to speak to. Eventually, I just did more online research with OTHER hitch suppliers to confirm the right hitch model.

I did not receive any confirmation of shipping of the hitch and was surprised to find it on my doorstep one day. Because it's shipped bare, it's prone to sratching. So, after installing it, I had to touch up the chipped paint in a few places.

All in all, not a terrible experience - the price was good - but more work on my part than expected.
