Ordered the Drawtite 75940 Hitch for a 2016 Audi SQ5. Customer Service was prompt in their response indicating it was only designed for the Q5 model and would not confirm a fitment for the SQ5, and offered to cancel my order. After reading several reviews on other websites that this model fit the 2016 Audi SQ5, I continued with my order with the agreement that should the hitch not fit, it would not qualify for return. I'm very pleased how well the hitch fit with the total install time on the SQ5 was just under 2hrs. Spent another 30mins cutting an opening in the plastic bumper fascia plate to fit around the hitch and found the clevis pin hole on the hitch to be almost inline with the fascia plate (perhaps why DrawTite does not advertise it as fitting an SQ5). For now a little extra cutting in the fascia plate to allow the clevis pin to be inserted from each side and will create a couple 3D printed arched filler plates to cover the clevis pin openings. Overall very satisfied
